Alessandro Bini is a partner of the tenth edition of Italian Chef Charity Night, the evening of fine dining and solidarity taking place on 9 September 2026 on the rooftop of The Social Hub Belfiore in Florence.
Conceived by Marco Gemelli (Il Forchettiere) and organised by Atelier di Narrazione, the evening brings together some of Tuscany’s leading Michelin-starred chefs — including Vito Mollica, Matteo Temperini, Mirko Marcelli, Giovanni Luca Di Pirro, Iside De Cesare and Antonello Sardi — alongside pizza makers, gelato artisans and pastry chefs, for a tasting journey in support of UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and its programmes against malnutrition in refugee camps.
